Privacy policy

This policy explains what Wivrix Cloud collects, why, and how long we keep it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, delete most data automatically, and never sell it or use it for ads.

Who we are

Wivrix Cloud is operated by Wivrix at cloud.wivrix.com. Links and webhooks are served on ramg.pro or wrix.link, and temp mail on wrix.link. Unlike most Wivrix tools, which run only in your browser, Wivrix Cloud stores the data described below on our servers. You can reach us at support@wivrix.com.

What we collect

• Links you create: the name, type, destination URL (short links), site files (websites), creation time, and the IP address of the creator, used to apply plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Requests sent to your webhooks: method, path, query, headers, body, and the sender’s IP address. Uploaded files are not stored; only their name, type, and size.
• Visits to short links and pages: a visit count and the time of the last visit.
• Temp mail: the address name, when it was created and expires, and the creator’s IP address. Emails sent to it are received by Cloudflare on our behalf and held only until your browser picks them up (2 minutes at most), then deleted. They are never written to our web server or database. On Free, attachments are removed before delivery.
• Request logs: when you load a page on Wivrix Cloud, open a short link, or view a hosted page, we log the IP address, approximate location (country, region, and city, derived from the IP address by Cloudflare), browser and device type (from the user agent), the page requested, and the referring site. We use these logs to detect abuse and bots and to understand how the service is used, and delete them after 48 hours.
• Account details: your email address, when you signed up and last signed in, and the IP address used for each sign-in session.
• Payments: Ko-fi tells us the payer’s name and email, the amount, the membership tier, and the transaction ID. We never see card or PayPal details.

Cookies and browser storage

• ramg_sid: a session cookie that protects the create form against cross-site requests.
• ramg_auth: keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is only set when you sign in.
• Local storage keeps your theme choice, a list of links created in this browser, and the access key for your free temp mail address. It never leaves your device unless you add those links to your account.
• Temp mail emails you receive are saved in this browser’s storage (IndexedDB) until the address expires or you delete them. They are never uploaded anywhere.

We don’t use analytics cookies, advertising, or third-party trackers. Our request logs are first-party, use no cookies, and are never shared.

How we use data

To run the service: deliver redirects and pages, show your dashboards, send sign-in codes and plan receipts, apply plan limits, stop spam and abuse, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.

How long we keep it

• Webhooks and their captured requests: deleted when the webhook expires (1 hour on Free, 24 hours on Pro). Only the latest requests are kept while it is active.
• Short links and pages: deleted soon after they expire or when you delete them.
• Temp mail emails: deleted from Cloudflare as soon as your browser receives them, or after 2 minutes if no browser picks them up. Your browser deletes its copy when you delete it, or when the address expires (after 1 hour on Free; Pro addresses don’t expire while Pro is active, and get one more day if it lapses). Address records are deleted shortly after they expire.
• Sign-in codes: deleted within 24 hours. Sessions: deleted when they expire or when you sign out.
• Rate-limit counters: deleted within 2 hours. Request logs: deleted after 48 hours.
• Your account: kept until you delete it. Payment records are kept for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

Service providers

We use a few providers to run Wivrix Cloud, and they process data only on our behalf:

• Hostinger: web hosting, database, and email delivery.
• Cloudflare: DNS, network delivery, protection against attacks, and receiving temp mail and holding it for up to 2 minutes until your browser picks it up.
• Ko-fi and PayPal: payment processing for Pro, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can delete any link from its dashboard at any time, and delete your whole account from the Account page. To access, correct, or export your data, or if you have any privacy question, email support@wivrix.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Dashboard keys, sign-in codes, and session tokens are stored only as hashes. Hosted pages run in a browser sandbox that can’t read Wivrix Cloud cookies. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or sensitive personal data to temporary webhooks.

Children

Wivrix Cloud is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting account holders, we’ll also email you.
