Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Wivrix Cloud, with or without an account. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Wivrix Cloud provides temporary webhook endpoints, short links, receive-only temp mail addresses, and hosted websites for Pro subscribers. Free links expire automatically as described on the site. Features and limits may change over time; we’ll keep the current limits on the Pro page.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, use an email address you control and keep access to it secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account and links.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Wivrix Cloud to:

• phish, impersonate others, or collect credentials;
• distribute malware, or link to it;
• send spam, or hide the destination of spam;
• host or link to illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• harass people or promote violence;
• use temp mail to sign up for services in bulk, evade bans, or commit fraud;
• overload, probe, or disrupt the service, or get around plan limits.

We may remove links and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. To report abuse, email support@wivrix.com with the full link.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, including destination URLs, HTML, and webhook data. You give us permission to store, process, and serve it only as needed to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you publish.

Paid plans and payments

• Pro costs $1 per month, billed through a Ko-fi membership and paid with PayPal or card.
• The membership renews monthly until you cancel it on Ko-fi. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• A one-time Ko-fi payment adds one month of Pro for each $1, up to 12 months.
• When your plan ends, your links follow the free plan rules: short links expire after 48 hours with no visits, and pages go offline 48 hours later.
• If your plan didn’t work as described, email us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it.

Availability and data

We work to keep Wivrix Cloud fast and reliable, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. Free data is temporary by design, so don’t rely on Wivrix Cloud as the only copy of anything important.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Wivrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Wivrix Cloud at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and email account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
