Wivrix Cloud sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped.

How you receive what you buy

Credits are added to your account balance as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. SMS numbers are assigned right after payment. You can see them on your Account page and receive a receipt by email. There are no shipping costs and no physical goods, in India or abroad.

If it doesn’t arrive

If credits or your plan don’t appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@wivrix.com with the Razorpay payment ID and we’ll fix it or refund you under our Refund policy.
