How it works

Add a URL

  • Choose how often to check it.
  • Optionally require a keyword on the page.

Get alerted

  • Down is confirmed by a second check before we alert.
  • We tell you again when it’s back up.

Simple billing

  • A flat monthly price per monitor, never per check.
  • Out of credits? Checks stop, and start again when you top up.

Uptime monitor questions

How much does an uptime monitor cost?

Your first monitor is free forever at checks every 5 minutes. Faster intervals and extra monitors cost 10 credits ($0.10) with checks every 5 minutes, 25 credits ($0.25) with checks every 1 minute, 50 credits ($0.50) with checks every 30 seconds, per monitor per month, paid upfront every 30 days. There is no subscription: you pay from your credit balance.

What do you check?

We request your URL on schedule from Cloudflare’s network. A 2xx or 3xx answer within 10 seconds counts as up. Optionally, the page must also contain a keyword. Before we call a site down we check it again to rule out a blip.

How am I alerted?

By email (to your account address, or another address after you confirm it), a webhook of your own, Slack, Discord or Telegram. We alert when a site goes down and when it comes back, and 14 days before its SSL certificate expires. There are no SMS alerts.

Is there a status page?

Yes. Pick an address and the monitors to show, and share wrix.link/status/your-name with your customers. It shows current status, uptime for 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, and recent incidents.

What happens if my credits run out?

Checks stop right away, with no grace period, and no alerts are sent. We keep the monitor, its history and its settings for 90 days; top up in that time and checks start again. After that it is deleted.

Can I change the interval later?

Yes. A faster interval costs the price difference for the days left in the month you already paid. A slower interval applies from the next renewal.
